I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome I received upon arrival. The female receptionist was friendly and made me feel instantly at ease. The room assigned to me, number 114, was incredibly spacious and had a comfortable bed and a clean, modern bathroom with an amazing power shower. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. The breakfast, although simple, consisted of delicious pastries, freshly squeezed orange juice, and freshly ground coffee. The location of the hotel was convenient, with a supermarket just around the corner. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the weak air-conditioning and the need to sit on the toilet to access wifi, I believe that Hotel Praderon offers good value for money. I would recommend this hotel for its welcoming atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

Supermarket over the road. 10 minute walk to nearest Metro. Nice to have the car garaged securely (at a cost).

The beds were in need of replacement. We had single beds and one mattress was shorter than its base.

Air conditioning so weak it felt like I was in a tropical paradise. Lovely aroma of stale cigarettes throughout the hotel. Good luck finding a decent breakfast, it's like a treasure hunt. But hey, at least the staff is friendly and the parking is secure!

After a long drive, we received a warm welcome from the female receptionist at Praderon. Our spacious room had a single bed, a clean and large bathroom with a fabulous power shower, and a main bedroom with the biggest, most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The breakfast offered a selection of pastries, fresh ground coffee, and freshly squeezed orange juice. The barman was nice, and the morning receptionist was absolutely lovely and helpful. The secure gated basement parking was excellent and worth the extra fee. The lift was also a great asset.

I do recommend this hotel.

The hotel. No evening meal available. Breakfast very basic. Wifi reception poor. Room not very clean and very basic. A good example of getting what you pay for - very little.

I had a great stay at a hotel in San Sebastian de los Reyes. The bed in my room was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was also pleased to find that the hotel offered free wifi, which was very convenient.

The location is just what we want.

My room has a very strong smell of smoke. It looks like somebody during daytime smoked in my room. I have to open the window for a long time to decrease the smell.
